ABOUT ZOE KLEIN

I'm a supervised therapist working in midtown Toronto. I feel extremely fortunate to be able to offer mental health services to those within the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to working in private practice, I also work in part time in the hospital system and in an agency setting supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of different presenting needs. I graduated in 2017 with my Masters in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago with a clinical speciality in children and adolescents. I also hold a Master's in Education from University of Toronto as well as an honors degree in Sociology from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.  I initially started my educational journey thinking I would end up working in the field of education as a primary school teacher. While I ended up side stepping into a clinical direction, I feel privileged to be able to combine my educational training with my clinical training in order to provide the highest calibre of therapy to those I work with.

My main areas of expertise are in treating children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, as well as ADD/ADHD. I utilize a range of modalities including Psychodynamic therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy in order to help my clients achieve their goals and gain an understanding of what is getting in the way of their health, happiness, and success. If you feel that there are feelings, thoughts, or life situations that are holding you back, I invite you to contact me to learn how I can help. It would be a privilege to work with you!
