What is your availability for sessions?

The days that I see clients in office are Mondays and Saturdays. Phone/Skype sessions can be carried out any day of the week.

What methods of payment do you take?

I prefer to take payments through credit card when possible. When this isn't an option, I accept payments through cheque, cash, or e-transfer.

Where are you located?

I am located at 1920 Yonge Street right next to Davisville subway station. Please take the south elevators up to the second floor and tell reception you are looking for Zoe. Parking is available across the street next to the Pizza Pizza.

Are you covered by OHIP?

My services are NOT covered by OHIP.

Do you take insurance/benefits?

Accepted Answer

My services are often covered or partially covered. Please inquire directly with specific questions. While I will collect the fees directly from you, I am happy to provide receipts that you can take to your insurance company.

Will you collaborate with schools/treatment teams/doctors?

Accepted Answer

I work in my own private practice, but I believe that a collaborative approach is important for many individuals. I am happy to work with your doctors, or your existing treatment team. If you do not have a treatment team and we both believe this would be beneficial, I am glad to help you establish this support.
