Service Description

For better or for worse, our family affects who we are and who we become. We learn language, customs, rituals, and how to view the world around us from the interactions we have with our family members. Family therapy offers the opportunity to express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions in a safe space, to understand each other's experiences and views, to build on strengths, and make useful long lasting changes in people's relationships and lives.
