Are you not interested in pursuing therapy, but feel that you can benefit from support in order to work towards a specific goal? Through 50 minute coaching sessions, we will work together to break down your goal into manageable steps, and push through limiting beliefs, thoughts, and actions that might be getting in the way of being able to achieve success in this area. I am able available by email/messaging to offer support between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Clients will assume responsibility for the full fee of a session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
