Through 50 minute sessions either by phone or by Skype, we will work together to set goals, push through limiting beliefs, and discover self compassion and personal strengths. Online and phone counselling is carried out the same way as in person individual counselling, with the only difference being that you are able to have your session from the comfort of your own home or a preferred location.
Cancellation Policy
Clients will assume responsibility for the full fee of a session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
